Description  

Neon After Dark Chunky Glitter Mix contrasts black hexagons with hot pink, fluorescent lime, bright red and purple accents. The 50g refill creates a lively night-time palette with enough dark material to keep the neon colours sharply defined.

Its varied particle sizes build a layered surface: chunky pieces produce immediate colour blocks, while smaller glitter fills the gaps and adds movement. The result can look playful, punk-inspired or Halloween-ready depending on the base and surrounding colours.

Apply it to resin keyrings, party signage, music-themed scrapbook pages, shaker cards and sealed tumbler exteriors. It is particularly effective for outlining white lettering or creating a confetti border around a dark centre panel.

Black bases make the pink and lime appear more electric. Clear materials keep the individual particles separated, while white backgrounds create a brighter pop-art finish. Add silver sparingly when extra reflection is needed.

Before each project, redistribute the contents by slowly rotating the sealed bag. Once opened, decant the unused blend into a dry, tightly closed jar and mark it with the product name and SKU for easy identification.

How to Use

Work in small sections when applying the blend with adhesive so the black particles do not cover all of the neon details. In clear resin, place a few chunky pieces near the mould surface before pouring the remaining mix. Allow ample clearance in shaker compartments.

Appearance and Performance

The pink and lime colours provide the strongest visual flashes, with black supplying a dark framework. Red and purple become more visible under close lighting. Dense coverage creates a graphic mosaic, while a sparse application reads as scattered neon confetti.

Refill and Storage

This product comes in a 50g refill bag. After opening:

  1. Transfer leftover glitter to a clean, dry jar with a secure lid.
  2. Store it in a cool cupboard away from heat, sunlight and moisture.
  3. Use clean, dry tools and close the lid as soon as you finish.
  4. Never mix glitter collected from the bench back into the clean jar.
