Description  

Ember Spell Chunky Glitter Mix brings together deep purple, burnt orange, black and magenta in a dramatic 50g refill blend. Its dark-and-bright contrast is suited to designs that need a moody palette with visible warmth.

Large hexagons create bold purple and orange focal points, while smaller particles build texture between them. The black pieces prevent the warm tones from merging into one colour and give the finished surface a defined, graphic quality.

Use Ember Spell for Halloween resin pieces, autumn shaker cards, fantasy-themed journals, gothic invitations and sealed tumbler exteriors. It can also add controlled accents around names, moons, flames and illustrated characters.

Black bases create a rich, low-light effect, whereas white or pale grey backgrounds reveal the exact balance of purple and orange. Copper, gold and dark red additions can extend the autumn feeling without overpowering the original mix.

How to Use

For adhesive projects, place the largest purple and orange pieces where the colour balance is most important, then scatter the finer blend around them. When using resin, mix slowly to reduce trapped air and test how the black and chunky pieces suspend in your chosen formula.

Appearance and Performance

The orange particles appear warmer under direct light, while purple dominates in softer conditions. Black elements produce shadow and separation rather than sparkle. Depending on the sealer or resin, magenta highlights may become more noticeable after curing.

Safety

Handle loose glitter over a protected work surface and avoid breathing in the particles. Do not use it on food, skin or the inside or rim of drinkware. Keep it away from children and pets, and use resin, glue and sealers according to their own instructions.

Refill and Storage

This product comes in a 50g refill bag. After opening:

  1. Store the unused mix in your own dry jar once the refill bag has been opened.
  2. Keep the jar upright, tightly closed and out of direct sunlight.
  3. Use a dry scoop so moisture does not get into the mix.
  4. Keep wet, glued or resin-coated pieces separate from the unused glitter.
